Rifat Rahman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of World Fasting Day. From an early age Rifat was a volunteer at various non-profit organizations. Today, Rifat strives to brings the same creative genius and mentality to World Fasting Days agenda to end world hunger. His out-of-the-box thinking brought many new programs under the World Fasting Days umbrella, while his innate leadership qualities have propelled them to success. Rifat provides leadership and direction toward the achievement of the organization’s mission to end world hunger once and for all. Rifat also volunteers at NYU Langone Medical Center, additionally a member of Key Club International.
As the Chief Development Officer at World Fasting Day, Roban applies his high-end knowledge to growing and expanding the World Fasting Day operation and brand. Roban has been with World Fasting Day from the beginning and lent his skills and expertise to many departments of the organization before filling his current role.
As Chief Human Resources Officer at World Fasting Day, David leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies that drive the highest level of employee engagement and performance. David also plays a vital role in our day to day operations leading volunteers and employees to be as efficient as possible.
As Chief Financial Officer at World Fasting Day, Philip serves as a front-line fundraiser, strategist, and ambassador for World Fasting Day. He is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of top individual, foundation and corporate donors and guiding efforts to identify new prospects to grow and further diversify World Fasting Day’s revenue sources and donor constituencies.
As Chief Program Officer at World Fasting Day, Steven oversees the design, development, and execution of World Fasting Day programs and partnerships that help improve access to a variety of nutritious food throughout our operations and improving the outcomes for the people we serve, with the goal of ending hunger.
